Committees of Council Terms of Reference

The Terms of Reference documents set out the working arrangements for portfolio committees and provide important information regarding the functional areas of each committee. The Terms of Reference also explain the roles, powers and duties of the chairperson, committee members and the administrators assisting these committees.
